Refund Policy - The Basics
Our services are highly personalized and delivered digitally. As such, all sales are final once work has begun. However, we offer limited revision options and partial refunds in specific cases. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing.
What’s Included in This Refund Policy

Digital and Customized Services
All resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, and interview preparation services are tailored to each client. As a result, full refunds are not available once your service has commenced.

Revision Policy

You are entitled to one (1) round of revision, applicable to resume and/or cover letter services only.

Revision requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the initial draft.

Revisions are intended to correct factual errors or reasonable adjustments; complete rewrites are not included.

Appointment Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund only.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of your scheduled appointment are eligible for a 75% refund only.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment is guaranteed full refund.

Missed or no-show appointments are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:-
If work has already begun or a draft has been delivered.

If you miss your appointment or fail to respond/provide necessary information.

If you are dissatisfied after receiving deliverables but the service was completed as described.

If you do not secure a job or interview.
Our services are designed to help present you in the best possible light, but we cannot guarantee employment outcomes. Final hiring decisions are beyond our control.
