Services Offered

These services are tailored to individual clients and may include questionnaires, consultations, and revisions.

Booking & Payment

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Prices are listed in [CAD] and are subject to change without prior notice.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requested.
Delays in communication or providing necessary documents may delay your service.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and requesting revisions (if applicable) within the stated timeframe.

Revisions & Cancellations

Resume and cover letter services include one round of revision, to be requested within 2 days of receiving the first draft.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund, within 72 hours are eligible for 75% refund. No refund for missed or no-show appointments.

No Employment Guarantees

While we aim to improve your job search materials and readiness, we do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content created (e.g., resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn summaries) is for your personal use only. You may not resell, distribute, or copy content for commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any missed job opportunities, hiring outcomes, or salary expectations.
Loss of data due to client error or technical issues beyond our control.
Damages arising from misuse or misrepresentation of the services or materials provided.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared with us is used solely for the purpose of delivering your service and will not be sold or disclosed without consent.
